NatureFlex™ films are based on renewable resources (wood-pulp from managed plantations) and use novel heat seal-resins on each side. The films are static free and offer a super wide heat seal range for outstanding machine performance. The films offer good gas barrier properties and the coatings can be tailored to provide varying degrees of moisture barrier, depending on the needs of the wrapped product. |

NatureFlex™ NE is a transparent, heat-sealable film suitable for use as a single film for general overwrapping on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines. NE films are designed to offer increased moisture barrier for the packing of more hygroscopic foods but the materials are also suitable for microwave and conventional oven 'reheat' applications up to 200ºC for 30 minutes. NatureFlex™ NVS are transparent heat-sealable compostable cellulose films. NVS film has been specifically formulated to offer improved stiffness under chill cabinet conditions and a controlled level of moisture permeability with a heat-sealable conversion-friendly coating on both sides. Target applications include the flow packing of fresh produce, window bags and bakery. NatureFlex™ NP are transparent non heat-sealable compostable films which can be used for twist wrap, glued bags and lamination. NatureFlex™ films have superb dead fold characteristics, inherent anti-static properties and are certified biodegradable and compostable in accordance with EN 13432 and ASTM D6400 norms. |
